Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of the Pay Transparency functional area roadmap, collaborating closely with the Product Manager.

• Work in tandem with engineering teams to implement the roadmap by crafting user stories and facilitating backlog grooming sessions.

• Engage with UX designers to ensure that feature designs fulfill customer requirements and align with the overall product vision.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners from other modules to synchronize priorities and maintain a cohesive broader roadmap.

• Manage the user story backlog and effectively communicate the rationale behind each feature to the engineering team.

• Team up with the Product Knowledge team to ensure documentation is up-to-date as new functionalities are released.

• Identify real-world use cases in direct consultation with customers and assist in transforming these into high-quality, impactful features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and delivering B2B / Enterprise SaaS products.

• Practical experience with JIRA or comparable product management tools.

• Strong comprehension of user-centered design methodologies.

• Proficiency in English.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

• Collaborative team player with a strong capacity to prioritize effectively.

• Experience in HR Tech is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Pay Transparency and Pay Equity frameworks, such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive, is a plus.

• Proficiency in any additional European language is a bonus.
