Product Owner, AI, AWS Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects in the roles of product owner and project manager.

• Develop the overall solution while managing daily project operations and nurturing customer relationships.

• Assist customers and internal teams in identifying use cases and business objectives.

• Facilitate the transition of customers from sales to project delivery by reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and partner-funding Purchase Orders, establishing project roles and responsibilities, and managing kickoff and client onboarding processes.

• Plan, oversee, and control project financials, scope, and timelines.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients on a daily basis, fostering strong customer relationships.

• Organize or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.

• Manage NeuraFlash project team members to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Present documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project completion.

• Drive and engage in internal initiatives within the Agentforce Division to create reusable assets and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery leader managing AI-related implementations of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms through all project delivery phases.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.

• Background in a professional services or consulting environment.

• Proven experience leading project delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.

• Familiarity with estimation/sizing processes and SOW/Change Order contracting.

• Possession of Salesforce Admin certification along with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.

• Proven ability to write SOWs and Change Requests while managing project scope.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management is preferred.
