This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of targeted Agentforce projects in the capacity of product owner and project manager.

• Assist customers and NeuraFlash teams in identifying use cases and achieving business objectives.

• Transition clients from the sales phase to project execution by evaluating SOWs and partner-funding POs, establishing project roles and responsibilities, and facilitating kickoff meetings and client onboarding.

• Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and timelines.

• Act as the primary daily contact for clients and nurture customer relationships.

• Conduct or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.

• Supervise NeuraFlash project team members in delivering solutions.

• Present documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closure.

• Drive and engage in internal initiatives within the Agentforce Division by creating reusable assets and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery leader managing AI-related implementations of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms throughout all stages of project delivery.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for audiences at all levels.

• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.

• Proven experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.

• Familiarity with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting.

• Possession of Salesforce Admin certification along with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.

• A demonstrated history of drafting SOWs and Change Requests while managing scope effectively.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management is preferred.
