This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of every currency in the regional pipeline from Alpha to General Availability.
• Monitor the onboarding of liquidity partners, readiness of settlement rails, regulatory approvals, operational setups, and pricing.
• Conduct readiness reviews, maintain the launch checklist, and make go/no-go determinations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Legal and Regulatory, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering to implement licenses, registrations, and partner permissions.
• Convert authorized product scope into documented operational procedures and live client flows.
• Ensure alignment between authorized capabilities and active market operations.
• Lead discussions with liquidity providers and banking partners as the product representative.
• Define jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements with Legal and Regulatory and convert them into product and engineering decisions.
• Guarantee that currencies are launched only after receiving regulatory approval.
• Draft specifications, establish sprint priorities, and collaborate with the Engineering Manager to focus on high-impact currencies.
• Monitor post-launch trading and corridor adoption, work with GTM to enhance activation, pinpoint friction points, and incorporate insights into prioritization.
• Develop a repeatable regional launch playbook that includes dependencies, gate criteria, and handoffs.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, product operations, or program management.
• Proven experience managing a complex, multi-dependency delivery process in a B2B or infrastructure product.
• Background in payments, FX, card networks, or digital asset products.
• Experience launching products across various countries or regulatory jurisdictions.
• Ability to navigate between product, legal, and compliance domains.
• Skill in interpreting regulatory requirements, assessing their implications for product flows, and making independent decisions.
• Strong operational discipline in managing complex, multi-dependency projects.
• Residing in Brazil, either in São Paulo or working remotely.
• Proficient in both Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge of the LatAm corridor is an advantage.
• Spanish language skills alongside Portuguese are a plus.
• Experience in operationalizing a license, registration, or scheme membership is beneficial.
• Background in card networks, payment schemes, or large-scale processors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with stablecoin settlement, on and off-ramp infrastructure, or crypto payment products is a plus.
