Product Manager – Wallet

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the comprehensive delivery excellence of exchange cryptocurrency wallet products.

• Act as the product owner overseeing product design, implementation, and live deployment.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to provide solutions related to crypto wallets.

• Define and refine the product vision along with the overall strategy.

• Lead product initiatives focusing on tokenized assets, including tokenized equities/bStocks, deposit and withdrawal processes, and asset distribution.

• Grasp customer challenges and enhance the product offerings accordingly.

• Take charge of the product's user experience and security aspects.

• Track feature effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.

• Present the product plan and roadmap to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of pertinent project and/or product management experience in complex system integrations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Familiarity with financial or payment products, including reconciliation and channel integration.

• Experience in blockchain technologies is preferred.

• Knowledge of tokenized securities or real-world assets (RWA) is an advantage.

• Proven problem-solving abilities combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capability to co-manage projects effectively and maintain schedules.

• Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles.

• Acquainted with lean and agile methodologies.

• Ability to adapt processes suitable for a remote team environment.

• Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent time management and coordination skills to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic remote setting.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with global partners and stakeholders.
