This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Define the future vision of the product and establish KPIs that align with the objectives of the department and the company.
• Validate product decisions through customer research and monitor satisfaction levels.
• Convert the product vision into actionable steps and tasks for the development team.
• Facilitate collaboration with legal, risk, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team Lead.
• Utilize metrics, data, and facts to substantiate product decisions and eliminate guesswork.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, including requirements analysis, developer support, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in taxation, financial reporting, or operations within FinTech, Banking, Capital Markets, Big4, or Brokerage Houses.
• Practical knowledge of capital gains taxation, tax withholding, and intermediary obligations, including familiarity with the Polish PIT-8C form, currency conversion rules, gain/loss settlement, and Withholding Tax (WHT).
• A general understanding of international tax information exchange standards (CRS, FATCA).
• Ability to read and interpret tax regulations and legal rulings, translating them into business logic and algorithms.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Coordinator on IT/financial implementation projects.
• Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion: from requirements analysis, through developer support, to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Excel are required.
• Basic SQL skills for database calculation verification are a plus.
• Personal or professional experience in capital markets investing (stocks, ETFs, crypto) is an advantage.
• High level of autonomy and a proactive self-starter mindset.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
