This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development of product strategies for key integration projects within Employer Services.
• Discover high-value opportunities to enhance connectivity, delivery, and growth facilitated by partners.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Alliances to prioritize strategic integration opportunities, embedded experiences, and jointly created solutions.
• Advise on whether Employer Services should build, partner, integrate, or co-create, taking into account customer value, business justification, and execution viability.
• Seek out opportunities to enhance connectivity among priority Employer Services products and foster an integrated client experience.
• Develop strategies for scalable data connections across HCM, payroll, and related source systems.
• Evaluate and assist in the creation of new integration and solution concepts arising from partnership opportunities.
• Oversee the discovery and execution of priority integration initiatives.
• Establish success metrics and effectively communicate product rationale, trade-offs, progress, and value to partners and leadership.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and assess data, technology, risk, and build-versus-partner considerations in collaboration with technical teams.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Product Management.
• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience in creating and scaling software, platform, integration, or data products.
• Proven track record in managing complex product projects.
• Strong skills in opportunity discovery, customer and market validation, product strategy, outcome-driven roadmaps, prioritization, requirements gathering, launch, and measurement.
• Experience in shaping ecosystem or partnership-driven product opportunities, including product integrations, embedded solutions, white-label models, channel partnerships, or co-development projects.
• Ability to evaluate strategic options, create structured approaches, build compelling product and business cases, and advance complex projects from concept to measurable market outcomes.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, cloud-based architectures, data ingestion and exchange patterns, and scalable data services.
• Background in HR Tech, employer services, HCM, payroll, compliance, or related enterprise software ecosystems.
• Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and AI-enhanced product practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
