This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the product strategy, business performance, and value delivery for WebCenter PLMS tailored for Life Sciences across various regions.
• Cultivate an understanding of the needs of Life Sciences customers, users, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify unmet needs, validate issues, and convert insights into product specifications.
• Articulate and disseminate a captivating product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next 12–24 months.
• Secure alignment among Product, R&D, commercial teams, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product Marketing, Sales, and channel teams on product packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Translate strategy into prioritized outcomes, initiatives, epics, and detailed requirements.
• Lead the discovery process and develop business cases for new capabilities and investments.
• Drive product launches and boost adoption in collaboration with squads, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Services, and regional teams.
• Support growth through strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Ensure that messaging, promotional efforts, and market-facing content are in line with product strategy and customer needs.
• Represent WebCenter with North American enterprise customers, focusing investments on high-value opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in managing complex technical or regulated domains.
• Capability to learn rapidly, synthesize unclear information, and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven product management experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS.
• Prior experience serving Life Sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, regulated manufacturing, or similarly complex regulated customers is highly preferred.
• Ability to comprehend regulated customer workflows and convert customer needs into product strategies, roadmap priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Relevant experience with Life Sciences compliance, labeling, packaging, controlled content, regulatory information, or quality workflows is highly significant.
• Demonstrated history of developing and launching successful B2B enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Agile software development environments.
• Candidates must reside in the Eastern time zone.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 10% of the time.
