This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the discovery and implementation of borrower-facing servicing features.
• Collaborate with lender implementation teams to convert servicing needs into product specifications and assist with successful go-live across credit union and bank partners.
• Oversee and enhance servicing platform configuration, which includes loan settings, borrower communications, and platform-wide modifications.
• Lead initiatives aimed at decreasing delinquency and enhancing payment behavior, focusing on self-service enhancements, payment plan optimization, and enrollment experiences.
• Utilize AI tools for drafting documents, synthesizing research, analyzing data, and automating repetitive tasks.
• Acquire a working knowledge of loan sales, collections, and disbursement workflows, gradually taking on more responsibility.
• Conduct discovery, document requirements, collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, and leverage data to inform decision-making.
• 2-5 years of product management experience in a dynamic environment, with real ownership and accountability for results.
• Ability to clearly identify and articulate problems, translating them into actionable requirements while driving delivery within an agile product development lifecycle.
• Capability to communicate what constitutes an intuitive experience versus a flawed one and collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Comfort in using data to guide decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Clear and structured communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with third-party platforms or vendors to implement product changes.
• Proficiency in AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor).
• Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or a regulated setting (preferred).
• Familiarity with loan servicing, payments, collections, or capital markets (preferred).
• Experience working with banks, credit unions, or platform partners (preferred).
• Experience conducting A/B tests or product experiments (preferred).
• Familiarity with data and business intelligence tools, as well as product analytics tools; SQL proficiency is a plus.
