Product Manager – Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives for product lines aimed at boosting sales, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

• Lead cross-functional teams and a high-performing business team to achieve objectives.

• Take ownership of the profit and loss for designated product lines.

• Advocate for product line strategies related to key items.

• Become an expert in the market concerning customers and end-users within targeted segments.

• Identify target markets, competitors, competitive products, pricing strategies, and areas for product enhancement.

• Spearhead the development and market launch of new products, focusing on design fitness, cost, packaging, and marketing and sales support materials.

• Analyze existing product lines and streamline products to minimize complexity.

• Create tools and training resources to enhance sales force proficiency and support new product sales and customer service.

• Identify sourced and manufactured products necessary for the profitable expansion of product lines.

• Drive cost-saving initiatives and enhancements in existing product designs.

• Oversee new item setups, pricing approvals, quoting processes, and other sales support activities.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

• Over 5 years of proven success in Product Management or a similar role.

• Strong collaborative abilities with a capacity to influence across all organizational levels.

• A genuine passion for managed product lines and a proactive approach.

• Proven experience in driving change and holding others accountable for outcomes.

• Business acumen with experience in managing and enhancing P&L results.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 25% of the time, which may include some international travel.
