This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define and uphold product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps that align with both business and customer objectives.
• Convert strategic goals into quantifiable product initiatives and delivery plans.
• Balance customer demands with modernization, technical debt, compliance, growth potential, and innovation.
• Assess opportunities based on customer value, business impact, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Facilitate product planning across legacy systems and next-generation platforms.
• Lead discovery efforts with customers, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, engineering teams, and operations.
• Convert business needs into process flows, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, scenarios, and prototypes.
• Identify successful paths, alternative flows, edge cases, dependencies, and exceptions prior to development.
• Establish product governance throughout Discovery, Prioritization, Definition, Development, User Acceptance Testing, Release, and Measurement phases.
• Maintain ownership of decision logs, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and escalation paths.
• Foster accountability across cross-functional teams and proactively address obstacles.
• Provide updates on roadmap health, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes.
• Maintain dashboards for executives and product scorecards.
• Monitor planned versus delivered commitments and track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the Embrace AI Group to pinpoint opportunities for AI and automation.
• Assess intelligent workflow automation, document processing, analytics, recommendations, knowledge retrieval, and enhancements in productivity.
• Develop prototypes and experiments to validate AI opportunities.
• Ensure AI initiatives yield business outcomes, human oversight, measurable success criteria, and readiness for production.
• Understand established products, customer workflows, integrations, and historical product decisions.
• Identify chances to simplify and modernize legacy workflows.
• Support migration and modernization efforts across desktop/on-premise and cloud/web platforms.
• Build relationships with customers, subject matter experts, business leaders, engineering, quality assurance, sales, support, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions around discovery, prioritization, roadmaps, and solution design.
• Communicate trade-offs and drive decisions amidst competing priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are established prior to development.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, stakeholder validation, and release readiness.
• Measure released capabilities against expected business outcomes.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or enterprise software delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Product Manager and/or Senior Business Analyst.
• Background in working with complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Excellent skills in requirements analysis, process modeling, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps and prioritization efforts.
• Deep understanding of Agile product development and software delivery methodologies.
• Experience with mature/legacy products and initiatives aimed at modernization.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Capacity to independently drive ambiguous initiatives from problem definition through to execution.
• Strong analytical skills and structured decision-making capabilities.
• Practical knowledge of AI/large language models and their application to enterprise workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams, regularly interacting with US stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, collections, financial services, compliance, case management, or other regulated workflow products.
• Experience with transitioning from legacy to cloud or from desktop to web solutions.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and configurable enterprise platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled enterprise products or AI automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of product analytics, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience with UX discovery, workflow design, wireframing, or rapid prototyping techniques.
