Product Manager – RCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for RCM automation.

• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to identify and implement solutions that minimize manual claim management.

• Convert requirements into user stories and work alongside engineering teams in an Agile setting.

• Utilize automation and AI to rectify claims, follow up on accounts receivable, process payments, and handle denials and appeals.

• Ensure that solutions are scalable and can be extended across various products.

• Establish clear success metrics and maintain accountability for achieving results.

• Enhance workflows for claim submissions, accounts receivable follow-ups, and payment postings.

• Provide reliable, efficient, and user-friendly RCM automations for billers.

• Travel to the Denver corporate headquarters or other North American office locations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in product management.

• Demonstrated capability to manage a complex, workflow-driven product area and deliver measurable results.

• Strong skills in product discovery and the ability to navigate through uncertainty.

• Hands-on experience in revenue cycle management is preferred, including roles as a biller, in RCM operations, or in software development for billing, practice management, or clearinghouses.

• Proven history of delivering practical solutions that are adopted by teams and customers.

• Foundational knowledge of AI and large language models (LLMs) is preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
