📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the payments and fraud environment, business risk management, and associated systems and workflows.

• Engage directly with customers, developers, and partners to identify unmet needs and integration obstacles.

• Formulate and articulate product strategy and roadmap.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to create dependable APIs, user-friendly tools, and developer experiences for fraud management and monitoring.

• Lead product development from concept to launch.

• Work alongside sales, marketing, and partnership teams to validate market demand and enhance adoption.

• Assist in early implementations and refine documentation, onboarding processes, and production adoption.

• Manage metrics related to integration success, adoption rates, retention, revenue, and user value.

• Convey priorities, trade-offs, progress, and results to both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management.

• Highly analytical, with a methodical approach to both quantitative and qualitative data.

• Proficient in analyzing data and writing SQL as needed.

• Experience in taking products from inception to launch.

• Strong business acumen and commercial insight.

• Demonstrated ability in cross-functional leadership, including collaboration with B2B sales teams for customer discovery, technical assessment, and commercialization.

• Proven experience in delivering Dashboard and API products.

• Background in developing pricing and monetization strategies for B2B products.

• Technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, and integration considerations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A mindset of ownership and a commitment to high product quality.
