This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of the relaunch and growth strategy for Production Finishing Services.
• Convert strategic goals into actionable product, commercial, and operational initiatives.
• Oversee sales pipeline management within WhiteCup CRM.
• Create and sustain multi-period demand and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with current Production Services clients to document programs, validate forecasts, and uncover expansion possibilities.
• Examine historical pipeline data to devise re-engagement strategies and growth plans.
• Conduct customer and market segmentation using NAICS/SIC classifications.
• Design and standardize supply and contract frameworks for Production Services.
• Collaborate with Marketing on targeted, application-specific demand generation efforts.
• Manage capacity analysis by application and location.
• Assess and develop business cases for new or adjacent services, technologies, and markets.
• Create executive dashboards and KPIs that connect pipeline health, forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, and financial performance.
• Assist in tracking certification milestones, including AS9100 and ISO 13485 where relevant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; alternatively, 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Previous experience with surface finishing processes and applications such as vibratory and mass finishing, electro-polishing, painting and powder coating, air blasting, 3D printing, anodizing, plating, and deburring.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for internal, cross-functional, and customer-facing interactions.
• Experience in negotiating pricing and terms with highly specified end-users in aerospace, defense, and medical devices.
• Proven presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders and investors.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
• Experience managing a pipeline through a CRM system and reporting monthly performance and forecasts.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel within the region up to 40% of the time.
• Key travel destinations include Portland, Oregon; Dallas, Texas; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Dayton, Ohio; and Hartford, Connecticut.
