Personal Lines Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

• Deliver tailored insurance solutions, such as homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters.

• Forge and nurture long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients' personal and family insurance requirements.

• Design and present insurance proposals and quotations.

• Clarify policy terms, conditions, and pricing details.

• Evaluate policy renewals for cross-selling opportunities and coverage gaps.

• Engage with clients regarding increased renewal premiums.

• Discover potential savings during coverage assessments.

• Remarket to various carriers as needed.

• Keep clients updated on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.

• Prepare and submit consistent progress reports detailing sales performance and account activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid Property and Casualty License.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines sales.

• Capability to thrive under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in effectively prioritizing risks and managing multiple workflows.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening and both verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong comprehension of homeowners and personal auto insurance coverage.

• Developing expertise in personal insurance markets to secure new business and grasp the supplemental insurance landscape.

• Robust sales aptitude.

• Familiarity with AMS 360.
