This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee creative projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with a Creative Account Manager to create actionable project plans and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and scope.
• Manage daily activities among designers, writers, and content creators.
• Develop and oversee schedules, monitor milestones, and communicate status, risks, and updates.
• Work alongside production and vendor partners regarding estimates, deliverables, and final asset submission.
• Ensure that creative outputs adhere to brand, compliance, and quality standards prior to release.
• Enhance processes, optimize workflows, and improve the efficiency of the creative team.
• Engage with Creative Account Managers as well as marketing and business teams during production reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business administration, or relevant experience.
• 3–8 years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or agency setting.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software, preferably Monday.com or similar tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Knowledge of creative and production workflows across digital, print, video, social media, and other platforms.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, purpose-driven, or values-oriented organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with creative performance metrics is preferred.
• Understanding of brand and compliance review processes in regulated industries is preferred.
• Certification or formal training in project management, such as PMP or Agile, is preferred.
