Product Manager, Product Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Streamline product operations by automating manual, repetitive tasks related to planning, tracking, and shipping through trusted agents and workflows.

• Create prototypes utilizing Claude Code, connectors, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Shortcut, Google Workspace, and internal data tools.

• Transition work to engineering when it needs to evolve into a production service.

• Maintain the operational cadence alongside product teams.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to distribute operational tasks and bridge gaps through automation.

• Transform successful internal automations into AI-driven tools for clients and the teams that support them.

• Assist Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations in automating their workflows.

• Convert successful automations into reusable skills.

• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in product management, ideally focusing on product operations within a B2B technology environment.

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents or automations with tangible results and real user engagement.

• Proficient in large language model tools like Claude Code, as well as connector-based integrations or workflow tools such as n8n.

• Comfortable working with SQL and APIs.

• Skilled in mapping complex workflows and determining what to automate, simplify, or discontinue.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Capable of writing clearly and succinctly while confidently presenting and discussing ideas with senior stakeholders in the US and Ukraine.

• Experience in advertising technology, TV, or media is a plus.

• Familiarity with designing evaluations or test sets for AI systems is a bonus.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Shortcut, Notion, or PostHog is advantageous.

• Participation in a walkthrough of a built project and a practical exercise in automating a real workflow.
