Associate Product Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end PCR intake process, which involves validating problem statements and evaluating routing.

• Manage Tier 2 triage beyond resolutions provided by automated systems.

• Create and update Product Enablement Packages utilizing AI-assisted drafts.

• Ensure launch readiness and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Compile customer feedback and quality data for analytical purposes.

• Process PRDs through the PRD enabler and present well-defined outcomes to Product Operations Managers (POMs) and Product teams.

• Extract cross-domain insights for the Horizontal during each deployment.

• Leverage AI for triage, drafting, research, and onboarding, while editing outputs prior to distribution.

• Rotate roles every 6–12 months across Consumer, Shopper, and Enterprise vertical pods.

• Develop cross-domain product understanding to prepare for future cluster ownership.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience.

• A minimum of 4 years in product operations, project management, business analytics, or a related domain.

• Practical experience with Jira or a comparable project management tool.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Expertise in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Proven experience utilizing AI-driven or automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions, communicate effectively, and advocate for customer needs.
