Product Manager – Product Lifecycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and expand the North America Digital Services, Service Agreements, and LCE portfolios.

• Act as the Customer Services portfolio leader for the GH180 platform.

• Examine the installed base and lifecycle data to pinpoint opportunities for service, upgrades, modernization, and digitalization.

• Create customer value propositions and business cases that convert technical requirements into commercial results.

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to enhance portfolio growth and lifecycle strategies.

• Assist with pricing, opportunity development, sales enablement, and portfolio performance.

• Work in conjunction with Customer Services teams to provide integrated lifecycle solutions.

• Propel the growth and lifecycle performance of Innomotics Customer Services portfolios, including Digital Services, Service Agreements, Life Cycle Evaluation (LCE), and the GH180 medium-voltage drive platform.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Over 3 years of experience in one or more areas such as Field Service Engineering, Technical Service, Technical Sales, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Management, Application Engineering, Service Operations, or Reliability Engineering.

• Familiarity with motors, drives, rotating equipment, industrial electrical systems, automation equipment, or related industrial technologies.

• Capability to convert technical ideas into customer value and business opportunities.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Interest in branching into product management, portfolio ownership, and commercial strategy.

• Preferred: experience with service agreements, lifecycle management, modernization initiatives, or aftermarket services.

• Preferred: knowledge of medium-voltage drives, variable frequency drives, or power conversion systems.

• Preferred: experience working directly with industrial customers in process or heavy industries.

• Preferred: familiarity with installed-base management, asset lifecycle planning, or service portfolio management.

• Preferred: knowledge of the GH180 platform.

• Preferred: experience in a global organization.
