Product Manager, Pro Integrations – Foundations

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aimed at fostering growth among larger, more sophisticated professionals.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the operational dynamics of larger professionals through research and data analysis.

• Identify gaps in products, unmet needs, and potential growth avenues.

• Establish the strategy for APIs, data integrations, and partner offerings.

• Collaborate with partnerships, business development, and external stakeholders to create value and unlock growth opportunities.

• Oversee product development and capabilities from initial discovery to launch and adoption.

• Work closely with engineering to navigate trade-offs between immediate opportunities and sustainable technical foundations.

• Align engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and partnerships around key priorities.

• Define success metrics, test concepts, and scale effective experiences and growth drivers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven track record of managing complex product areas and achieving significant customer and business outcomes.

• Experience in transforming vague, early-stage opportunities into clear product strategies and guiding new products from discovery through launch and adoption.

• Strong technical fluency with experience in managing technically complex products.

• Ability to collaborate with engineering on APIs, data, integrations, and system trade-offs.

• Exceptional product judgment coupled with a strong sense of customer empathy.

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

• Capability to identify growth opportunities, define success, and balance immediate impacts with long-term investments.

• AI-first mindset, demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for agentic AI workflows.
