Product Manager – Portfolio Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of billing and financial recovery workflows.

• Enhance processes related to billing, negotiation, recovery, and termination.

• Identify areas for improving recovery rates and minimizing delinquencies and financial losses.

• Analyze issues through data collection, interviews, and process observations.

• Validate hypotheses using prototypes, simulations, and pilots prior to full-scale development.

• Create and prioritize the roadmap based on financial impact, effort, and associated risks.

• Monitor recovery, regularization, PDD, and loss metrics.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and business teams to develop solutions and assess outcomes.

• Gain an understanding of the portfolio and the main recovery challenges within the first 90 days.

• Confirm metrics and set priorities.

• Perform initial hypothesis testing.

• Analyze results and inform the evolution of the roadmap.

• Work alongside Engineering, Design, QA, Collections, Credit, Legal, and Operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, leading the discovery, prioritization, development, and tracking of results.

• Background in financial products or within credit, collections, or recovery operations.

• Experience in validating hypotheses and conducting experiments prior to development.

• Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting financial metrics and making data-driven decisions.

• Experience in creating roadmaps and managing products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving results.

• Investigative, analytical, and inquisitive nature.

• Experimental mindset and familiarity with AI tools.

• Ability to operate independently, make decisions, and negotiate priorities.

• Skill in aligning business objectives with technology and customer needs.

• Maturity to navigate intricate financial processes.

• Preferred: experience in fintechs, proptechs, or FIDC operations.

• Preferred: knowledge of PDD, repurchases, and financial reconciliation.

• Preferred: familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.

• Preferred: experience in automating financial processes.

• Suitable arrangement for remote work, including a computer or laptop and a designated workspace, as outlined in the screening question.
