Product Manager – Population Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap creation, and delivery for designated Atlas Population Health platform features.

• Collaborate with customers and healthcare stakeholders to comprehend workflows, pinpoint challenges, and validate proposed solutions.

• Work alongside Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to develop scalable and user-friendly product experiences.

• Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to enhance population health outcomes.

• Utilize product analytics and customer feedback to boost adoption, engagement, usability, and overall customer value.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to facilitate launches, implementations, and promote customer adoption.

• Lead the product area from the discovery phase through to delivery and adoption, achieving measurable outcomes for healthcare organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.

• Background in population health, value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows.

• Significant experience in product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, roadmap development, and collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.

• Capability to simplify complex customer and healthcare challenges into scalable product experiences.

• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive results without direct authority.
