Product Manager – Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership, define, prioritize, and execute all products, features, and system functionalities for the core platform.

• Develop and sustain the product roadmap that aligns with market needs and strategic objectives.

• Evaluate the target market and collect customer feedback to identify the most promising ideas to pursue.

• Keep an eye on competitors and formulate strategies to mitigate potential threats.

• Establish product strategy and prioritize features accordingly.

• Act as both an internal and external advocate for the platform, sharing market insights within the organization.

• Collaboratively implement the roadmap with the development and business analysis teams throughout the product lifecycle to achieve business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the mortgage loan origination process, whether in a lender, software company, or service provider role.

• At least 3 years of experience in creating successful software products that heavily utilize third-party integrations.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI and developing AI tools.

• A strong technical background is preferred.

• Capable of making decisions even when information is incomplete.

• Ability to lead without imposing authority.

• Comfortable creating order in potentially ambiguous and complex scenarios.

• Possess a unique combination of business acumen and technical expertise.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A strategist who can convert the company’s overarching vision and goals into actionable tasks.

• Technologically proficient and passionate about product development.

• Proven history of creating enterprise-grade consumer-facing products.

• Familiarity with best practices in agile scrum development and lean startup methodologies.

• Outstanding interpersonal and management skills for engaging with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to surpass goals in a dynamic and innovative environment.
