This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee the product strategy for domains related to Medicaid claims.
• Convert the needs of members, providers, benefits, clinical, and finance into product outcomes and domain roadmaps.
• Influence the transformation of core adjudication capabilities and identify platform opportunities along with investment priorities.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Medicaid operations, claims workflows, regulatory and policy contexts, client challenges, market dynamics, and ecosystem changes.
• Employ product discovery, customer research, workflow analysis, data, and experimentation to confirm problems and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, operations, implementation, sales, and teams that engage with clients.
• Frame decisions regarding domain and platform, assess tradeoffs, and deliver recommendations based on product economics and business impact.
• Develop and promote product narratives for executives, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Establish success metrics and assess adoption, operational impact, user experience, and product performance.
• Discover product opportunities within Medicaid claims and related domains through modernization, workflow redesign, automation, data, and interoperability.
• Mentor and influence product managers and cross-functional partners.
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Consulting, Technical Support, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, foster innovation, and achieve business results.
• Extensive expertise in Product Systems Design, Customization Strategies, and the Integration of Software and Technology Solutions.
• Strong comprehension of Technology Architecture, Mainframe Environments, Scheduling Software, and Related Enterprise Technologies.
• Proven experience in translating business, technical, and data requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Familiarity with software development tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiencies in Product Development Methodologies, Strategic Planning, Analytical Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Prioritizing Initiatives in Complex Environments.
• Experience with AI Product use cases, solution design, and artificial intelligence technologies is preferred.
• Openness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as required.
