Product Manager Lead – VIP/Institution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for VIP products and experiences.

• Lead the entire product delivery process for VIP user flows, service tools, and growth initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with business, operations, engineering, design, data, and compliance teams.

• Identify user requirements and business opportunities, transforming them into effective product solutions.

• Enhance the VIP onboarding process, account management, support experience, and trading-related journeys.

• Monitor product performance and drive ongoing optimization efforts.

• Guide and mentor Product Managers within the VIP sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management; leadership experience is preferred.

• In-depth understanding of VIP, institutional, trading, brokerage, or wealth-related products.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional execution in a dynamic environment.

• Strong product thinking, ownership, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Data-oriented and comfortable working with metrics.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
