Product Manager – Internal HRIS, HR Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development.

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and convert business needs into precise product requirements.

• Evaluate the current product, determining what elements to retain, redesign, or eliminate.

• Develop PRDs, user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

• Collaborate closely with Design and AI Development teams to ensure a steady flow of ready-to-build requirements.

• Manage the delivery of Core HR and Time Off HRIS modules.

• Review Figma designs to ensure alignment with product requirements and B2B/admin UX standards.

• Oversee backlog management, prioritize tasks, handle dependencies, and plan sprints using Jira/Linear.

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), feature validation, and product sign-offs.

• Coordinate launch preparations, including SSO, Slack integrations, data migration, and RBAC/security testing.

• Guide the product from the discovery phase through to production go-live and user adoption.

• Continuously gather feedback and iterate based on user and business requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B/SaaS or complex digital products.

• Proven experience in writing PRDs, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Strong product intuition and experience in designing/reviewing B2B and administrative interfaces.

• Familiarity with complex workflows, data-rich tables, permissions, bulk actions, and role-based experiences.

• Hands-on experience with Figma and product design evaluations.

• Experience operating in Agile environments using Jira, Linear, or comparable tools.

• Proven track record in managing UAT, feature testing, and product sign-offs.

• Strong systems thinking ability and a basic understanding of RBAC, permissions, and administrative data frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with AI-assisted development, ensuring engineering remains continuously unblocked.

• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, HR Tech, or internal enterprise tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of SSO, Slack bots, APIs, and system integrations is advantageous.

• Experience with data migration and launching enterprise software is beneficial.

• Background in taking a product from discovery to production go-live is a plus.
