Product Manager Intern, Rewards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist the product manager in drafting, organizing, and monitoring ShopX product-board tickets and ideas from concept to delivery.

• Ensure that work is documented, prioritized, and progressing through the backlog; follow up on status and identify any blockers.

• Prepare briefs for A/B testing, track live tests, and compile result reports.

• Collect stakeholder context and create materials for rewards-partner meetings.

• Address routine internal inquiries using available resources.

• Learn to utilize SQL for querying mobile event and rewards payout data.

• Support dashboards that track Earn tab visits, offer funnels, retention, and rewards disbursed.

• Identify anomalies in engagement or payout trends and gather data for reviews and investigations.

• Maintain documentation for features, test outcomes, and partner integrations.

• Provide concise written updates and regular partner performance reports.

• Engage in agile meetings and collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and support teams.

• Translate technical challenges into clear language and convert business needs into actionable requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline.

• A genuine interest in consumer mobile products, rewards and loyalty programs, and daily app engagement.

• Possess natural curiosity and a logical mindset.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Comfortable working with data and eager to learn SQL; previous experience with SQL or A/B testing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience in internships, projects, or extracurricular activities related to product management, consumer apps, growth, data analysis, or startups is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing Claude or similar large language model tools is required.

• Comfortable using AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.
