Product Manager Intern, Rewards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the product manager to draft, organize, and monitor tickets for changes and enhancements in the payments service.

• Ensure that tasks are well-documented, prioritized, and progressing through the backlog; actively follow up on statuses and identify any obstacles.

• Collect stakeholder insights, summarize essential information, and prepare materials for provider meetings.

• Address routine internal inquiries using available resources.

• Acquire knowledge of SQL to query payment-related data.

• Assist in maintaining dashboards that track payment performance, processing failures, and overall operational health.

• Identify anomalies within payment processes and compile data for reviews and investigations.

• Keep documentation updated for payment processes, fee structures, and operational procedures.

• Deliver succinct written updates to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Engage in agile meetings with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.

• Convert technical challenges into understandable terms and transform business needs into actionable requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A genuine passion for payments, fintech, and intricate financial systems.

• An innate curiosity paired with a logical approach to problem-solving.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with data and eager to learn SQL; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience through internships, projects, or extracurricular activities related to product management, fintech, data analysis, or startups is a plus.

• Proven experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.

• Comfortable utilizing AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.
