This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for one or several ACE feature areas and contribute to shaping the overall product vision alongside leadership.
• Engage with quality, regulatory, and IT stakeholders to gain insights into customer quality processes and identify product gaps.
• Develop business cases for items on the roadmap and establish success metrics prior to the start of development.
• Create requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria for engineering and quality assurance.
• Prototype and validate concepts in collaboration with UX and customers.
• Make trade-off decisions in conjunction with engineering and architecture concerning scope, scalability, performance, and security.
• Conduct backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions.
• Monitor delivery against release commitments, escalate risks, and make scope decisions when timelines are tight.
• Keep abreast of FDA, EU, and ISO regulatory changes and life sciences trends, translating pertinent changes into product requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Services on launches, release communications, enablement, training, and demos.
• Act as the product-area expert for internal teams and assist Sales with customer discussions, demos, and RFP responses.
• Analyze post-release adoption, customer feedback, and support trends to inform future priorities.
• Communicate roadmap progress, priorities, and trade-offs to leadership.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to engineers, designers, and QA.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field within enterprise B2B software.
• Proven experience with web-based products targeted at a specific vertical market.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and QA teams to deliver features in an Agile environment.
• Skilled in transforming customer and market research into both short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models with engineers.
• Able to maintain at least 6 hours of overlap each day with US-based team members, within the defined Pacific Time schedule.
• Nice to have: Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GxP, or ISO 13485.
• Nice to have: Background in QMS or eQMS workflows, including CAPA, document control, change control, training management, or audit management.
• Nice to have: Experience in launching AI-powered features, including defining evaluation criteria, quality standards, and success metrics for AI outputs.
• Nice to have: CSPO or SAFe POPM certification.
• Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
