Product Manager, HR/HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the HR & Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements in the markets we operate.

• Convert market needs and business cases into detailed specifications for Engineering, UX, and Testing teams.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders—including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and fellow Product Managers—leveraging clarity and evidence to build consensus without formal authority.

• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to strategize and deliver product increments, while providing accurate estimates for broader roadmap initiatives.

• Create and oversee the feature backlog, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility and long-term scalability.

• Coordinate feature delivery among agile teams, identifying inter-team dependencies and collaborating with peer Product Managers to find the most efficient shared solutions.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover differentiation opportunities, maintaining accountability for market acceptance of solutions within your functional area.

• Manage the defect queue in collaboration with client support, driving resolution with engineering in accordance with SLA.

• Present product vision, strategy, and outcomes to executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders—conducting sprint reviews that solicit genuine feedback rather than simple status updates.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing development.

• Remain informed about HR/HCM industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain ahead of the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, demonstrating a history of owning a product area from start to finish rather than merely contributing to one.

• Strong working knowledge of HR processes and the HR/HCM business domain, enabling credible discussions about how HR functions within an organization, beyond just product frameworks.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or equivalent advanced experience is preferred.

• A solid foundation in product management methodologies, agile practices, and the software development lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to build and prioritize a roadmap based on data, market research, and competitive analysis.

• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence—capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and delivering a compelling, evidence-based narrative.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
