This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
• Develop and take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the HR & Compensation modules.
• Convert market needs and business cases into clear specifications for Engineering, UX, and Testing teams.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and fellow Product Managers.
• Plan and execute product increments alongside Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
• Provide accurate estimates for larger roadmap initiatives.
• Create and oversee the feature backlog, ensuring a balance between business priorities, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
• Coordinate feature delivery across agile teams and manage dependencies across teams.
• Perform market and competitive analyses to unveil opportunities for differentiation.
• Stay accountable for the market acceptance of solutions within the functional area.
• Manage the defect queue with client support and facilitate resolution with Engineering in line with SLA.
• Present product vision, strategy, and outcomes to executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct sprint reviews to gather feedback.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous evolution.
• Keep abreast of HR/HCM industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience with a proven track record of managing a product area from start to finish.
• Strong working knowledge of HR processes and the HR/HCM business domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Solid foundation in product management methodologies, agile practices, and the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to build and prioritize a roadmap based on data, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Capability to influence stakeholders at all levels and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed organization with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Product Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSPO) or equivalent recognized credential is a plus.
• Proven experience in transforming ambiguous market signals into a delivered and adopted product is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Payroll and Talent Management (TM) is advantageous.
• Understanding of Professional Services, Public Sector, Not-for-Profit, or Higher Education sectors is a plus.
• May require security clearance and background checks for client projects and access to sensitive customer data.
