This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
• Create and oversee the product strategy and roadmap for HR and Compensation modules.
• Convert market demands and business cases into specifications for Engineering, UX, and Testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and fellow Product Managers.
• Plan and execute product increments alongside Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
• Provide accurate estimates for broader roadmap initiatives.
• Build and maintain the feature backlog, ensuring a balance between business priorities, technical feasibility, and scalability.
• Coordinate feature delivery across agile teams and manage dependencies between teams.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to pinpoint differentiation opportunities.
• Remain accountable for the market acceptance of solutions.
• Manage the defect queue with client support and facilitate resolutions with Engineering in accordance with SLA.
• Present product vision, strategy, and outcomes to executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
• Lead sprint reviews to gather feedback.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial concept to launch and subsequent evolution.
• Stay updated on HR/HCM industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of managing a product area from start to finish.
• Strong working knowledge of HR processes and the HR/HCM business domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Solid foundation in product management methodologies, agile practices, and the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to construct and prioritize a roadmap using data, market research, and competitive insights.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Product Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSPO) or an equivalent recognized credential is a plus.
• Proven history of transforming ambiguous market signals into a successfully shipped and adopted product.
• Familiarity with change management principles.
• Working knowledge of Payroll and Talent Management (TM).
• Understanding of Professional Services, Public Sector, Not-for-Profit, or Higher Education industries.
• May require security clearance for customer projects and access to sensitive customer data.
• Background checks may be necessary, including criminal record declaration, right to work, personal identification, and work history disclosures, subject to applicable local laws.
