This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the execution of a substantial and intricate portfolio of Health & Benefits products.
• Take ownership of product initiatives from inception to delivery, managing the entire process.
• Revamp existing products and create scalable, platform-oriented solutions.
• Convert intricate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Engage in Agile sprint planning, refinement, demonstrations, and delivery processes.
• Partake in technical discussions and influence architecture decisions related to APIs and integrations.
• Oversee multiple initiatives across varying levels of complexity and maturity.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions, assess success, and iterate on improvements.
• Enhance product usability, efficiency, and value delivery to mitigate customer attrition risk.
• Function effectively in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
• Over 5 years of Product Management experience, ideally in Health & Benefits, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver complex products with a strong emphasis on execution, results, and continuous iteration.
• Experience in Agile settings working with Engineering, Architecture, and Product Design teams.
• Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating with or on API-driven architectures, including REST, GraphQL, integrations, or webhooks.
• Ability to comprehend and navigate complex systems across various domains.
• Experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to translate technical concepts into business value and influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and foster collaborative relationships.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be taken into account.
• Experience with modern AI tools, including LLM-assisted workflows, code-generation agents, or predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with consumer-directed healthcare products such as HSA, FSA, or benefits administration.
• Background in platform or infrastructure product management.
• Experience in modernizing legacy systems or participating in digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to connect platform and application layers.
• Experience working with enterprise or large employer clients.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures or distributed systems.
• At least 2 years of experience integrating practical AI/ML capabilities, predictive models, or LLM-driven automation into enterprise SaaS, fintech, or healthcare platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI for data extraction, document processing, fraud detection, or conversational self-service.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot.
