This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the vision and strategy for Delinea’s endpoint privilege management solutions.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for a designated product area.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog while authoring user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with agile development teams to deliver iterative and measurable value.
• Engage in conversations with customers and partners.
• Analyze competitive and analyst insights and gather feedback from Sales and Support teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Support throughout the release cycle.
• Facilitate the delivery of high-quality features on schedule.
• Work alongside Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, release notes, and launch content.
• Equip technical teams with documentation, demonstrations, and training for product launches and customer success.
• Monitor adoption and usage metrics and suggest enhancements.
• Guide prioritization decisions based on product-area metrics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven experience managing features or a product area from concept to release.
• Enterprise software experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint management tools.
• Experience contributing to enterprise product releases from concept to general availability.
• Capability to translate technical features into clear user experiences and customer value.
• Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing or as a Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English.
