This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
β’ Oversee the lifecycle of insurance products from conception to launch, ongoing enhancement, and market assessment.
β’ Create new and improved insurance offerings and services.
β’ Evaluate and refine processes in commercial, agricultural, and real estate insurance sectors.
β’ Lead and provide support for projects, frequently involving IT components.
β’ Track sales KPIs and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
β’ Prepare and present product training sessions and presentations on a national scale.
β’ Multiple years of professional experience in the fields of commercial, agricultural, and real estate insurance, including liability insurance.
β’ Familiarity with the legal framework surrounding insurance or possession of a completed law degree.
β’ Capability to analyze intricate data and formulate actionable recommendations.
β’ Proficient in utilizing digital tools with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
β’ Ability to articulate complex subjects clearly and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
