Product Manager, Community Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and uphold a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a unique service.

• Gather feedback and convert it into tangible product features.

• Craft public-facing messaging and narratives.

• Coordinate product teams and cross-functional collaborators.

• Make informed judgments and prioritize decisions in the best interest of users.

• Execute effectively to launch products and create impact for both the business and users.

• Champion specific features that are included in every product launch.

• Define how product features are presented to the outside world.

• Oversee product success throughout its lifecycle from initial concept to final release.

• Advocate for the user perspective and work together with cross-functional design and engineering teams to create a distinct service experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management.

• Proven experience in crafting product messaging and delivering it to customers and the press.

• Established inbound and subject matter expertise.

• Capability to develop compelling customer-centric narratives and collaborate with marketing and communications teams.

• Proven history of product leadership within a cross-functional setting.

• Experience in building and scaling global consumer products and ecosystems.

• An entrepreneurial history of transforming ideas into reality and guiding teams through dynamic environments.

• Familiarity with consumer products that include a financial aspect.

• Strong capability to utilize data and conduct business analysis to back product strategies and decisions.

• Proficiency in driving execution across teams in a fast-paced setting.

• A passion for individual contributor product management tasks and attention to detail.

• Must reside in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
