Product Manager – Collaboration Platforms, Atlassian tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap, backlog, and governance for InPost's collaboration platforms, which include Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, Teams, and Miro.

• Prioritize the migration to Jira Cloud, being accountable for its scope and outcomes.

• Serve as the internal counterbalance to the external delivery partner.

• Collaborate daily with the Collaboration Platforms team to define objectives and rationale while the team manages technical execution.

• Collect requirements from both business and technical stakeholders across various markets.

• Prioritize tasks pragmatically, assertively decline when necessary, and advocate for prioritization decisions.

• Establish standards and direction for tools that currently lack an owner as they are integrated into the scope.

• Represent the platform roadmap to stakeholders across diverse markets and functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.

• Strong product management background and a project-management mindset.

• Capability to instill structure and ownership.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences.

• Assertiveness to establish and uphold standards.

• Ability to work comfortably across markets with a large vendor and internal team.

• Proficient in Polish at a communicative level, capable of leading meetings and daily stakeholder discussions.

• Fluent in English.

• Atlassian certification, such as ACP-100 Jira Administrator or its equivalent, is a plus.

• ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.

• Project Management certification is an advantage.

• Experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Miro platform administration is a plus.

• Understanding of ITSM frameworks is advantageous.
