This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Take charge of the Campaign Pages strategy and develop a 6–12 month roadmap that aligns with Product and Pre-Donation Experience priorities, providing a rationale for decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing discovery by utilizing insights from customers, GTM, Support, funnel analyses, and competitive signals.
• Differentiate between one-off requests and systemic opportunities, validating issues prior to any development.
• Oversee the complete delivery process in collaboration with a dedicated Engineering Team Lead, Product Designer, and Product Analyst.
• Generate precise PRDs and identify edge cases, ensuring a backlog is prepared 2–3 sprints in advance and launching with the necessary instrumentation.
• Manage product health and enterprise readiness, focusing on conversion, page performance, reliability, publishing issues, and support volume.
• Address deal-breakers and churn-risk requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with PM Growth on experiments, personalization, and Average Revenue Per Visitor (ARPV) initiatives.
• Prioritize hypotheses using product data, ensuring successful insights are applied across Checkout, Elements, and Campaign Pages.
• Align various teams including Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and related PMs.
• Coordinate dependencies with Platform, Checkout, Gift Cart, Billing, and Integrations teams.
• Make sure GTM, Support, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) comprehend what is being launched, the significance of these changes, and how to communicate them to customers.
• Leverage AI for research synthesis, specification drafting, analysis, and communication, ensuring assumptions and sources are clearly stated.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce, or conversion-focused products.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area, including roadmap development, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement.
• Strong delivery discipline, with the ability to write clear specifications, address edge cases, and keep Engineering teams unblocked.
• Analytical rigor, utilizing funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback for prioritization.
• Systems thinking capability, understanding how various components connect to checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and GTM workflows.
• Familiarity with growth and experimentation processes, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, and measurement.
• Strong UX sensibility and the ability to maintain a good working relationship with Design teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools in product-related tasks.
• Proficient written and spoken English communication skills.
• English fluency at a C1 level.
• Nice to have: Experience with landing pages, campaign or website builders, CMS, donation, or checkout processes.
• Nice to have: Practical experience in experimentation, personalization, or conversion optimization, especially in converting paid traffic once it reaches the landing page.
• Nice to have: Background in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or marketing operations.
• Nice to have: Experience managing enterprise customer requests and GTM escalations.
