This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership of the Campaign Pages strategy and develop a 6–12 month roadmap that aligns with Product and Pre-Donation Experience priorities.
• Communicate product decisions to leadership and stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct continuous discovery by leveraging customer insights, GTM, Support, funnel analysis, and competitive signals.
• Differentiate between one-off requests and systemic opportunities, ensuring problems are validated prior to development.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process in collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, and Product Analytics.
• Maintain comprehensive PRDs, account for edge cases, prepare a backlog 2–3 sprints in advance, and ensure launches are properly instrumented.
• Manage product health and enterprise readiness, focusing on conversion rates, page performance, reliability, publishing issues, and support volume.
• Address deal-breakers and churn-risk requests within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with PM Growth on experiments, personalization, and ARPV initiatives.
• Prioritize hypotheses using product data and apply insights across Checkout, Elements, and Campaign Pages.
• Align Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and other Product Managers for cohesive efforts.
• Coordinate dependencies with Platform, Checkout, Gift Cart, Billing, and Integrations teams.
• Keep GTM, Support, and CSMs updated on launches and customer communication.
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, specification drafting, analysis, and communication.
• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce, or conversion-focused products.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area, including roadmap management, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement.
• Strong delivery discipline characterized by clear specifications, edge-case coverage, and ensuring that Engineering remains unblocked.
• Analytical rigor with the ability to utilize funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback for prioritization.
• Systems thinking ability across checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and GTM workflows.
• Basic understanding of growth strategies and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong UX sensibility coupled with effective collaboration with Design teams.
• Practical, daily use of AI in product-related tasks.
• Excellent written English and professional spoken English skills.
• Familiarity with landing pages, campaign or website builders, CMS, and donation or checkout processes is a plus.
• Experience with hands-on experimentation, personalization, or conversion optimization is desirable.
• Background in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or marketing operations is advantageous.
• Experience in managing enterprise customer requests and handling GTM escalations is beneficial.
