Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Define the product's future vision and establish KPIs that align with both departmental and company objectives.

• Validate product assumptions through customer research and track customer satisfaction metrics.

• Convert the product vision into actionable steps and tasks for the development team.

• Facilitate collaboration with legal, risk, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful product launches.

• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team Lead.

• Utilize metrics, data, and facts to support product-related decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product management; experience in fintech is advantageous.

• Familiarity with emerging technology trends, AI solutions, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile, and web applications.

• Experience in developing products and features based on KPI-driven objectives and data analysis.

• Strong attention to customer needs and a background in conducting product discovery.

• Demonstrated experience in creating business requirements and effectively executing them with the product team.

• Experience and capability in conducting business and system analysis as well as process automation.

• Practical experience in facilitating workshop-style meetings to gather requirements from various stakeholders.

• High degree of independence and a self-motivated work ethic.

• Experience working within a cross-functional, agile team environment.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.

• Willingness to embrace and practically apply AI-based tools in daily Product Manager responsibilities.

• Personal or professional experience in investing and financial markets is a plus.
