This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop, articulate, and generate enthusiasm for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while securing stakeholder buy-in.

• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to facilitate product planning, design, execution, and delivery aligned with established success metrics.

• Work alongside the Industry Relations and Strategic Growth teams to explore business development opportunities through alliances, partnerships, and marketplaces.

• Execute regular data-driven business reviews to evaluate product performance and revenue/market achievements.

• Formulate new global data strategies with the GTM team to navigate and manage a dynamic environment.

• Foster the ecosystem, community, and internal culture that supports data evolution within Super Network.

• Spearhead the ideation, development, and launch of high-impact products.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of product managers.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams on Super Network Data & Analytics products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on communications.

• Demonstrated success in product launches and leadership in product strategy.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.

• Proficient in utilizing quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions, securing executive buy-in, and measuring team, product, and financial performance.

• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and accountability when facing ambiguous and complex challenges.

• Ability to collaborate and have a positive influence across cross-functional teams.

• Capable of presenting complex business and technical concepts, trade-offs, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Strong blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and user-centered design expertise.

• Comprehensive understanding of the global communications industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics.

• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

• Experience in telecommunications supply chain operations.
