This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Engage directly with customers to gain insights into their pain points and use cases, with a specific emphasis on requests and asks made by customers.
β’ Convert individual customer challenges into solutions that can be implemented across the wider customer base.
β’ Comprehend and address compliance requirements for both web and mobile platforms.
β’ Adapt web features to mobile formats, ensuring consistency and design suitability for each platform.
β’ Determine and prioritize projects and tasks based on evidence and input from stakeholders.
β’ Proactively communicate progress and obstacles to stakeholders and leadership.
β’ Take ownership of product briefs in partnership with Engineering, UX, Solutions Consulting, and Support teams.
β’ Conduct gap analyses across various areas of the platform to pinpoint deficiencies in meeting customer or compliance requirements.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or similar experience in transforming customer needs into delivered features.
β’ A genuine curiosity about customers and their interactions with the product.
β’ Capability to articulate issues, proposed solutions, and recommendations clearly, including the associated trade-offs.
β’ Strong communication abilities, being confident and articulate when engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineers.
β’ Proven experience working within a triad model (Product, Engineering, UX) and directly with customers.
β’ Keen instincts for user experience, understanding what makes a feature not just functional, but also usable.
β’ Comfort in working across both web and mobile product interfaces.
β’ Experience with AI tools used in product workflows (preferred).
β’ Data-driven decision-making skills (preferred).
β’ Experience in defining and measuring success metrics for launched features (preferred).
β’ Ability to identify common themes from diverse customer feedback (preferred).
