Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers to gain insights into their pain points and use cases, with a specific emphasis on requests and asks made by customers.

• Convert individual customer challenges into solutions that can be implemented across the wider customer base.

• Comprehend and address compliance requirements for both web and mobile platforms.

• Adapt web features to mobile formats, ensuring consistency and design suitability for each platform.

• Determine and prioritize projects and tasks based on evidence and input from stakeholders.

• Proactively communicate progress and obstacles to stakeholders and leadership.

• Take ownership of product briefs in partnership with Engineering, UX, Solutions Consulting, and Support teams.

• Conduct gap analyses across various areas of the platform to pinpoint deficiencies in meeting customer or compliance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or similar experience in transforming customer needs into delivered features.

• A genuine curiosity about customers and their interactions with the product.

• Capability to articulate issues, proposed solutions, and recommendations clearly, including the associated trade-offs.

• Strong communication abilities, being confident and articulate when engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineers.

• Proven experience working within a triad model (Product, Engineering, UX) and directly with customers.

• Keen instincts for user experience, understanding what makes a feature not just functional, but also usable.

• Comfort in working across both web and mobile product interfaces.

• Experience with AI tools used in product workflows (preferred).

• Data-driven decision-making skills (preferred).

• Experience in defining and measuring success metrics for launched features (preferred).

• Ability to identify common themes from diverse customer feedback (preferred).
