Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Determine the products to be developed while rejecting more ideas than those accepted.

• Alleviate the demand for additional integrations by focusing on the most impactful product tasks.

• Transform customer insights, usage statistics, and competitive deficiencies into a concise list of initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to verify project estimates.

• Make product decisions using incomplete data.

• Launch product initiatives and establish the product function from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully launched a SaaS product that customers have paid for and used repeatedly.

• Proficient in extracting and analyzing your own data, including usage metrics, conversion funnels, and retention rates.

• Capable of narrowing down a lengthy list of ideas to the most critical ones, with the ability to articulate what was excluded and the reasons behind it.

• Possess a genuine engineering background or sufficient familiarity with engineers to estimate workloads ranging from a week to a quarter.

• Comfortable with asynchronous work environments.

• Bonus: experience in data integration, analytics, or marketing technology.

• Knowledge of ETL processes and APIs.

• Experience in building a function from scratch, from zero to one.
