This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the conception and implementation of features and initiatives that enhance user engagement and achieve product outcomes.
• Create and uphold a prioritized product backlog that aligns with business objectives and user strategies.
• Manage the entire product life cycle by identifying product challenges, determining key performance indicators (KPIs), and tracking experiments and improvements.
• Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to transform complex issues into actionable projects and solutions.
• Examine web analytics, consumer feedback, and data to pinpoint opportunities for product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to guarantee product functionality and performance.
• Prepare progress reports and deliver project updates to stakeholders.
• Develop product concepts that are in line with market trends.
• Assess customer feedback to guide product development strategies.
• Conduct quality assurance testing for products and features.
• Work alongside data science, UX design, and UX research teams to enhance product development and user experience.
• Clearly communicate user needs and pain points while aligning the efforts of designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Partner with the Director of Product Management and stakeholders on the strategic vision for the product.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate new features into marketing materials.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management or a comparable product role.
• At least 4 years of experience with product management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar project management software.
• Expertise in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
• A solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
