Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with potential clients to evaluate their infrastructure needs and create tailored FishOS configurations that align with their hardware specifications.

• Foster and maintain partnerships with channel and technology allies that enhance the Sardina ecosystem.

• Conduct product demonstrations for incoming leads and product opportunities.

• Convert customer requirements into actionable product insights.

• Assist customers throughout the entire process: from demo and configuration to contracting and launch.

• Work in conjunction with the engineering team on deliveries, ensuring that customer commitments are both realistic and fulfilled.

• Keep abreast of developments in OpenStack, Kubernetes, VMware, Ceph, and related market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in technical product management, solutions engineering, or a pre-sales position within enterprise software or cloud infrastructure.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage with system architecture and hardware compatibility.

• Proficient in conducting demos and presenting to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience in collaborating with channel partners and resellers.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

• Capable of simplifying complex infrastructure concepts into clear language while maintaining accuracy.

• Fluent in English is mandatory; proficiency in Russian, German, Dutch, French, or Swedish is a significant advantage.

• Experience in bid and tender preparation is desirable.

• Background in law and understanding of commercial contracts is a plus.

• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment is a plus.
