Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and contribute to the product roadmap for offerings related to collections, payments, and financial workflows.

• Recognize opportunities to automate manual tasks, minimize operational friction, and enhance efficiency.

• Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to comprehend business challenges and outline product requirements.

• Convert intricate financial, payment, and collections workflows into straightforward product requirements and user stories.

• Work closely with offshore and distributed engineering teams to clarify specifications, set priorities, and ensure successful delivery.

• Collect and evaluate customer feedback, user behavior, workflow data, and operational issues to guide product decisions.

• Establish and monitor success metrics related to adoption, automation, efficiency, accuracy, and operational impact.

• Support the entire product lifecycle, encompassing discovery, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

• Manage product launches through thorough documentation, effective communication with stakeholders, training and enablement, and go-to-market strategies.

• Ensure that product solutions meet business, customer, technical, and compliance standards.

• Balance immediate priorities with long-term opportunities for platform improvement and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience, ideally in a technology-driven or operationally intricate setting.

• Strong preference for experience in FinTech, payments, collections, debt recovery, lending, financial services, or financial workflow platforms.

• Proven ability to translate business needs and operational workflows into clear product requirements and user stories.

• Familiarity with product development methodologies and collaboration with engineering teams throughout the development process.

• Experience with offshore or distributed development teams is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to leverage data and user feedback for informed decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
