Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the product strategy and initiatives for DeFi and trading products.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, growth, marketing, and ecosystem teams to pinpoint user needs and enhance trading and developer experiences.

• Utilize your knowledge of DeFi, crypto markets, and on-chain products to discover opportunities and validate product concepts.

• Work alongside engineering to comprehend technical limitations, identify bottlenecks, and make pragmatic trade-offs.

• Establish product specifications, requirements, success metrics, and priorities.

• Employ data, user feedback, and market insights to formulate strategies and guide product decisions.

• Lead the prioritization, risk analysis, resource distribution, and trade-offs across various initiatives.

• Create strategies to boost product adoption, market visibility, and user engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Extensive background in DeFi, crypto, Web3, fintech, or financial products.

• Profound understanding of DeFi protocols, crypto markets, on-chain trading, liquidity, and trading mechanisms.

• Demonstrated success in owning and delivering products from inception to completion.

• Strong product intuition with the capability to translate complex technical or market challenges into actionable product solutions.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers while understanding technical limitations and trade-offs.

• Excellent analytical abilities, utilizing data and user insights for informed product decisions.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• High level of ownership, curiosity, and the capacity to work independently.

• Experience in the development of trading systems or financial products is a plus.

• Familiarity with protocols, APIs, SDKs, smart contracts, on-chain data, liquidity, and trading mechanics.
