Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product vision and roadmap across various corridors, payment rails, and platform functionalities.

• Conduct discovery sessions with technical clients and translate their feedback into actionable specifications.

• Define the processes for payment orchestration, ledgering, payout and collection flows, partner integrations, public APIs, and other platform elements.

• Convert regulatory requirements into product strategies in collaboration with engineering, compliance, banking, and fintech stakeholders.

• Assess integrations, negotiate capability gaps, and manage commitments with banks and financial partners.

• Set product standards for specifications, launches, roadmap communication, decision-making, and software quality assurance.

• Collaborate directly with founders and a skilled engineering team.

• Balance immediate shipping priorities with a three- to five-year global money movement strategy.

• Develop the product organization as the company grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product management, including senior or lead ownership of a technical product utilized by real users.

• Possess domain expertise in at least one core area: cross-border payments, FX, and international money movement; domestic payment rails and scheme integrations; crypto and stablecoin infrastructure and on/off-ramps; treasury, liquidity management, and ledgering; or identity, fraud prevention, and compliance.

• Proven experience in delivering API-first or developer-facing products to technical buyers.

• Comfortable operating within regulated environments while adhering to compliance and legal constraints.

• Possess sufficient technical knowledge to effectively lead discussions with engineers.

• Experience in a small, fast-paced startup setting.

• Strong writing abilities for specifications, decision memos, and launch documentation.

• Demonstrate empathy and strong character.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
