Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Assist and facilitate Agroservice operations

• Engage in product management tasks, which include monitoring and evaluating local and external variety trials

• Execute sampling tasks in collaboration with the supervisor

• Document observations and findings and relay knowledge to the supervisor

• Organize and oversee internal local and international variety trial systems

• Collaborate with local and international trial providers and conduct quality assessments

• Aid in the organization of and represent KWS at regional events

• Implement product-specific and locally relevant practical trials in conjunction with product management and sales teams

• Offer technical and seed transport assistance to the supervisor and sales team

• Establish and nurture connections with internal and external stakeholders, associations, and consultants

• Monitor and evaluate competitor activities, review portfolios, and pinpoint distinguishing features

• Create local technical articles derived from field observations and current trends

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, or a related field

• Proficiency in both Slovak and English

• Valid driver's license B

• Willingness to travel within Slovakia approximately 75% of the time

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

• Extensive understanding of cross-crop and arable farming

• Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to field observations

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude

• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently, adaptable and flexible
