Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for a consumer-oriented application from its early stages onward.

• Serve as the delivery lead, collaborating closely with a design lead and full-stack developers.

• Identify and prioritize features that enhance user engagement, retention, and virality.

• Convert a non-technical founding team's concepts into clear, actionable product directions.

• Leverage product analytics to analyze user behavior and inform iterative improvements.

• Infuse a strong design sensibility into every product decision, ensuring the user experience is polished and deliberate.

• Act as the product manager for an early-stage B2C consumer product.

• Collaborate closely with a design lead and full-stack developer to determine what will be built and the rationale behind it.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient conversational English, as all collaboration occurs in English.

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager for consumer-facing (B2C) applications with high user engagement.

• Strong product intuition and design sensibility, with a comfort level in closely partnering with design teams.

• Enthusiasm for technology and building solutions with AI; a slightly technical individual who can develop features as needed.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude or PostHog to monitor engagement, funnels, and virality.

• Ability to thrive in a 0-to-1 environment alongside a non-technical founding team.

• Excellent communication skills and the capability to function as a true delivery lead, rather than just managing a backlog.

• Background in consumer applications with a focus on social, video, or content elements is preferred.

• Experience working directly with founders in early-stage startups is a plus.

• Knowledge of growth and virality mechanisms in mobile-first products is advantageous.
